Zhuangzi was an ancient philosopher, approximately around the third century BC lived. He was a founder of Taoism, along with Laozi. His style of deployment of its principles and ideas was a little different than those of other philosophers. He does not leave, written records explains his philosophy. Instead, he left many stories that contain significant and profound meanings. Of the written records exist, he seems to have been a naturalist. You tell us his stories plenty of nature and natural features, such as a tree, an insect, a fish, a bird, or a spirit. He used trees more than once in his stories, to teach people the true nature of existence. A mahogany appears in several of his stories, but for this story, he used an oak.
