I personally believe that the construction is a new plant and buildings to a good change for the school, students, and our neighbors. However, as you see, what happens to the Japanese nuclear power plant, people would never able to predict what will happen after they make a change. Hopefully, this new development of our neighborhood middle school do not cause destruction of nature, give a negative effect on our neighbours.
